More evidence that this is an xbox 360 build: the game will freeze duing almost every cutscene, as long as your sys_spec isn't = 5 (xbox360 mode) and resolution is 1440x900. If you upset either of those, cutscene freezes.

I am guilty of playing the leak. To be honest with you I will definetly buy the game, I have Far Cry, Far Cry 2 (not the same company) Crysis/Warhead. I got far enough to be engrosed by the game, this is the best demo yet. I got to play all the good and bad parts I know what to expect.

I have way to many games. Between two steam accounts I have close to 210 games.

Personally, I don't really care if the site is using a pirated copy. Data is data, and by viewing their website (does not clicking on their ads generate revenue?) I don't think I'm promoting their behaviour unless I click on an ad.

Most ads on a site generate revenu through pageviews, not clicks to the ad itself. Certain shopping tools however to generate money only when clicked.

Dear christ, just read from where I last posted and everything I have said still stands

I don't even see why people bother arguing about piracy. People aren't gonna change their views, it will usually only re-inforce their own views if anything. People have, are and will always pirate, end of discussion. Piracy makes a copy, stealing removes the original product. As to someone saying how would he like it if someone stole their PC, I'm sure they wouldn't care if they cloned his PC, I know I wouldn't. People should indeed stop acting noble, by watching those videos you are encouraging people who pirate (?) maybe, hypocrites. There are many pirates, so don't think that being moral, you will have the support of everyone in the entire world and that your arguments are the only ones that are ever seen. There are indeed classic games that no one can get a hold of besides pirating, should people be patient and possibly wait for a special 'classic' re-release that may never come to fruition? Hell no. If people don't care about pirates, then why even bring it up, useless argument right there.

I can't wait till I play this. Gonna finish it, then be like hmm, that was cool, I'm gonna go out and buy it now with all the enhanced graphics and a load less bugs. Or I don't think I'll buy this crap no matter how good the graphics look. Either way, this leak helped me reach a decision that everyone should be entitled to. People flying off the walls about this doesn't even make sense, people say pirates get lesser products than legit and this is 100% the case this time. People know the reputation of the graphics of the original, and whilst the may not like this leak, some may even go out and buy the full copy, just to see how much improvement they have made in the final copy over the original game.

Can't wait to play it anyways, seems at least like it is full of action, though I'm not quite so sure about the storyline. Here's to hoping it lives up to all expectations, and that if anything, this leak will give EA/Crytek an opportunity to make it better for the community that do buy it when the full copy does come out.

Back to being on topic, I played this and have nearly finished it. Freaking brilliant. I was skeptical at first, but I am definitely going to go out and buy this. If it looks like this on DX9, I can't wait to see the full thing in DX11 when the demo comes out. Many people have said the first one wasn't linear, it was. Breaking it down, there may have been certain ways to get from point a to point b, but you were still going from point a to point b. I think Crysis 2, I don't know, just feels, and plays better. It ran fine on my system, and if anyone wants the config settings I'm using feel free to ask, as I'm more than willing to help. There seems to be more emotion in the characters. Everything that you loved about the original Crysis is back in droves :-D for those looking for something that isn't Crysis, your being unrealistic, and well, common sense would suggest to look elsewhere. Whilst the AI is indeed very dumb, I do hope they will sort that out in the final release. Epic game so far, and this is just a buggy as hell leaked copy, can't wait to see your final work, well done CryTek, freaking brilliant.

Ouch... And that's for 30 FPS...
Wait, 1.8GB video memory? For 1920x1200?! Means 3GB for 2560x1600 with AA?

those are such crap a brand new NV card and old ass ATi card are the high specs the 560Ti isn't even on the same level as the 4870X2
