    Yeah I saw that. I've been interested in these for so long, but the original rep that was posting in here stopped. I wanted to see if they're planning on changing firmware to 6Gb/s or what. Right now the other standard SSDs that are coming out are faster, which makes no sense.

    If you're looking at raw performance, you're correct. However, when it comes to longevity, SSDs have limited writes per cell and the ANS-9010 series has no such limit.

    It's all about the right tool for the right job. I use my ANS-9010 to crunch CEP WUs for WCG. They are extremely heavy on disk I/O. I wouldn't dare do the same on an SSD unless I was trying to kill it.
