Does anyone know what's going on with Sidewinder Computers? I placed an order over a week ago and my order status hasn't changed, I've e-mailed twice but had no response. I'd call but it isn't easy with me being in the UK.

Gary became a father a few days ago. Might be the reason for the delay
They also had much problems with the weather. Streets are completely iced so he said he was not able to leave the house for two days and they also had power loss several times.
Ok thanks, I suspected that might be the case, I have a friend in USA that has had problems with weather, I'll just have to wait I guess.

I got an email from him with the "My wife went into labor" news and an apology for the slight delay.
Heck I took at least two weeks off for each of my kids, a month off for my first born. It's one of those few true miracles in life that needs pause in life, a moment of appreciation, and extra amount of support to the Mrs... No worries...
I'd say "Congrats" first...he's probably busy packing cigars in your packages..
I've got no choice but to wait, annoyingly some vital Bitspower fittings just aren't available in the UK
Yeah, sometimes we forget that other people on the other side of internet pipe are also made from flesh and blood and might have real life as well
Pitty that I was among those that got unnecessary angry for long delay in responding to mail without knowing actual situation, i hope he'll accept my apology
d00d if he's had a kid, lets give the guy a break!
Trust me, he'll be a much happier person when he gets into the office when everything is settled!

My package from Jab-tech was delayed a little bit too due to the weather.
Turned the car on for 2.5 hours to let it defrost..
Great trip though, very nice and helpfull people there.
