According to AnandTech, only the 3GB Intel SATA ports are affected. The 6GB Intel ports appear to be unaffected. I assume that means the Marvell ports and Jmicron e-Sata are also unaffected but who knows... In any case, if you have a hard drive on the 3GB Intel port with critical information, might be wise to move it to another port until they sort this all out.
