If all USB ports gone at one shot i think something to do with driver.
It did happen to me when i switched from one mobo to another one my windows couldnt recognize the usb ports even in safe mode. End up by reinstalling windows it solved my problem.

I can't format because I don't have a keyboard. It won't even work in dos so I can't enter bios or do anything. That's why I thought they all just went dead.

74 and 77 OC the same for me, which is all I tested. I didn't run into any problems with either.

Did some testing on Memory Low Gap and Maximum Payload Size using Classified 4-Way and 2x 6970 2GB in CFX.
    Tested in Unigine Heaven.
    Code:
    Render: direct3d11
    Mode: 2560x1600 4xAA fullscreen
    Shaders: high
    Textures: high
    Filter: trilinear
    Anisotropy: 16x
    Occlusion: enabled
    Refraction: enabled
    Volumetric: enabled
    Replication: disabled
    Tessellation: extreme
    1. Memory Low Gap.
    2G:
    FPS: 39.7
    Scores: 1000
    Min FPS: 12.9
    Max FPS: 88.8
    3G:
    FPS: 39.9
    Scores: 1005
    Min FPS: 13.4
    Max FPS: 88.7
    Auto:
    FPS: 40.1
    Scores: 1010
    Min FPS: 13.4
    Max FPS: 90.3
    Sticking to Auto...

    2. Maximum Payload Size.
    Read up first.
According to Intel's datasheet (page 34):
    3.2.5.1 Max_Payload_Size
The IOH supports a Max_Payload_Size of 256 Bytes on PCI Express ports and 128 Bytes on DMI.
So not sure there was any point to go up from 128 to 4096...
    Then again:
    http://www.techarp.com/showFreeBOG.a...ng=0&bogno=385
It is recommended that you set this BIOS feature to 4096, as this allows all PCI Express devices connected to send up to 4096 bytes of data in each TLP. This gives you maximum efficiency per transfer.
However, this is subject to the PCI device connected to it. If that device only supports a maximum TLP payload size of 512 bytes, the motherboard chipset will communicate with it with a maximum TLP payload size of 512 bytes, even if you set this BIOS feature to 4096.
    Test results:
    128:
    FPS: 39.9
    Scores: 1005
    Min FPS: 15.2
    Max FPS: 89.4
    256:
    FPS: 39.9
    Scores: 1005
    Min FPS: 16.1
    Max FPS: 89.3
    4096:
    FPS: 39.9
    Scores: 1006
    Min FPS: 15.5
    Max FPS: 88.8
I did 3-4 runs for each, these are average values. Results are inconclusive, perhaps 256 is slightly better (when looking at particular runs, not averages).
    DPC latency is not affected.

Could someone please test Maximum Payload Size (128, 256, 4096) in 3DMark 11 using CFX/SLI?
