How do you flash it? Try entering BIOS when booting and flashing from there. Works best for me.

You mean CPU PLL voltage, right? Yes, I noticed it.
GFLOPS is related to other voltages as well, in the way that if you set wrong voltages (too low, or sometimes too high) you will lose performance.
If "error" is small, you will probably pass stress testing, but that's not it, at least does not satisfy me.
CPU PLL 1.65-1.8V voltage range is most useless, so go below it (as you have used range above it).

I don't really understand the question about BIOS'es. Those are latest (0095) and 3rd latest (0096). 1203 is the 2nd latest.
