Pretty strong board, 625MHz FSB with 4GB Hyper is nice.

I can't use more than 1.57V Vnb unfornately, since I'm on air and when the NB temps exceed 55°C 32M will crash.

build a mound of eraser around that NB and just give it a splash of ln2 every now and then.

I'm on SS stuck at 5.1ghz though trying different things.... Gets nice scores already but I wish it'd do 5.4ghz+ here!
    I think I'll still be over 100k in '01.
Hope you get a good score.

if lower than 0c might want to tone down ram clocks.....

Sucks to hear your stuck at 5.1ghz Linux. I have the Asus P67 Pro and its been a solid board to bench so far. Hope your next chip is better.

Yeah I guess I am addicted to Sandy now.
Me too but we'll see... If not I'm going to keep going through 'em...
I'm going to go through as many as it takes to get 5.5ghz and hopefully more...

Edit: Just saw that the dude Stepnoz got a 5.7ghz SB too..... They are becoming more commonplace then...
Change that statement, I'm going to keep binning these CPUs until I get 5.65ghz+, I think its a realistic goal.

Today we get SB scores from me, another 32M from NameGT, and SteveRo.
Too bad we're all below 5.5... May we all find better chips.
Nice work with the clocks you guys got!

Is there truth in this that we haven't found some special settings for a good 5.5ghz CPU that seems locked and therefore those voltage settings isn't all there is to Sandy?

Increasing Vcore and enabling "cpu pll override" got me to 5.5ghz. With cpu pll override disabled I was stuck at 5.1ghz. No other voltage adjustment helped to increase cpu clocks and that includes PLL(mines set to 1.7v) but Vccsa seems to help with ram clocking. It just comes down to the quality of the chip.

Exactly. I enabled the PLL overvoltage but 5.1 was all this CPU does. It does 51x multi and 100bclk or 50x multi and 102.5bclk but that was the limit.

Vccsa is System Agent voltage, at least in Easytune.

SoF was playing with it a bit and it helped him go from 54x103.5 to 55x100+ ( booting 55 multi ), memory at 2133 divider. It's depending a lot on memory frequency it seems, according to him at Vccsa >1.08V it would boot, while at 1.15V it wouldn't boot at all, stability was best somewhere in between. At 0.95V ( stock, right? ) he encountered some strange boot loops.
Just thought it might help one of you guys!
