    Does the CPU throttle under load? As mine throttles at 5GHz no matter what and I have to push the Voltage to 1.5V for it to be stable on air.

    but your CB11.5 score is low for that speed, got 10.00 @ 5.08GHz

    i have a 2600K L040B225 which is benchstable at 5.2 - 5.3GHz (depends on bench) @ air

    and it doesn´t throttle

    Can I ask a dumb question?

    What fan combo/plate is that on your Prolimatech Super Mega? Been looking at reviews of it and it looks like it just comes as a heatsink with no fans? That setup you've got with red accents looks sweet

    these chips throttle when the temp gets to 90c, or at least mine does. will keep dropping the multi till it stays less than 90.
