I can confirmed that an eVGA GTX465 (not the SC version) can be unlocked to GTX470
before
after first 470 Bios flash, notice an GTX470 with only 1GB Ram lol
after using the nvflash -9 command and second Bios flash, now all 1280MB ram and 320 bit bandwidth running solid
