Apologies for the crappy pics, my digital camera isn't charged, so I took them with my cellphone (and boy are they crappy).

Still don't know the stock vDimm though, so holding off on RAM buy until then. Man can I not wait to get my paws on this setup .

I went ahead and bought XMS3 ram its rated for 1.65V, so we'll see. Worst case, I eat a restocking fee and replace it with some Mushkin ram that's rated at 1.5V.

What I'm trying to figure out is whether I should get a slightly lower end board locally now (I can get either a P8P67Pro or a GA-P67A-UD4 from a local shop), or if I should wait until I can get a UD5 or UD7.

I really want to upgrade NOW, but at the same time, I don't want to be stuck with a MB that handicaps me. (I want to be able to SLI eventually, and I don't want to be limited on OCability either.)

Edit: Gigabyte has posted their memory compatibility lists, and the XMS 3 modules I have are on the list under the 3x2GB kit part number, so I'm pretty confident that the 2x2GB kits that I have will work.

My chip runs PLL anywhere you put it!!! first I thought 1.6 was the spot but lately I've just left it at default. Remember we are not at the max of what these chips can do so maybe PLL will be something to play with.
