I wouldn't be surprised if the numbers start to become less stable from here on. Lots of students going home from college and university departments shutting down for the Christmas break will have an impact on validation queues.

That's POINTS generated and RESULTS returned. Returning results earns you points but they're not the same thing. Each result is a finished work unit. That screen shot also shows that as the TOTAL number of results returned by the team EVER ... which is a pretty impressive number when you think about it.
