either it is tdp or for bios or both.(might be tdp turn on in driver also)
amd seems to add a updated version of power tune to the new cards, so who knows if they even in current drivers have such activated at all.

Seems better then the previous drivers, benchmarks did improve by a bit!!
We should just wait for the release to see the real deal instead of hearing so much negative feedback..

Increases the max voltage voltage by ~20%, no cold bug, etc.
Max board power is 250w without hardmodding which seems like a few have already done.
