I pretty sure gigabyte did not say ok to this as NDA is still on. Maybe someone took boxes out of the trash can and then put in 1156 boards or nothing at all.
come on... you can tell that its bs...
look at the picture, thats a warehouse, not a shop...
so yes, 1155 boards are now being fed to the retail market to prepare stocks for the launch in early january... does that surprise anybody? :P
im having lunch at taipei main station right now, and i just had a look at pc nova before i came here, and nada...
how much do you guys wanna bet theres nothing at the guangwha pc market either?![]()

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?
im quite confused. can someone please explain the difference to me between socket 1155 and socket 1156? to me its just 1 less pin to force you to buy a whole new motherboard for your cpu >_>
Intel C2Q Q9550 2.83ghz :: Intel DQ45CB :: 4 x 2gb OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 Reaper HPC :: ASUS EAH5850 :: Thermaltake TR2 RX 750w :: Western Digital Caviar Black 4 x 750gb in RAID 10
Intel e3-1235 3.3ghz :: Intel s1200kp :: 4gb kingston hyperX 1600mhz :: WD 500gb Cavier Green
Intel i7-3770k 4.4ghz :: msi z77ma-g45 :: 8 gb patriot Signature 1600mhz :: 160gb WD Cavier :: 5830 + 5870 CF :: Antec Earthwatts 650w
"...all men die, and no brave man lets death frighten him from his desire..."
Its a whole different cpu, the pin difference I think is very confusing, but the different logos should clear it up for people, this logo on this cpu for this motherboard with the same logo. Anyways, its a whole different platform, but is very similar to is predecessor, it has been a fe years since intel released a new platform.
ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI LGA1155 Mainboards also available in germany![]()
