Rise, give it a go anyway! I'm running mine on a multi-rail PSU. An Antec Truepower New 750W, to be exact. Works fine!

Rise check svc.com for asetek micro coolers. They have them on sale for 4.99. The only thing is that I'm not sure if the two closest ones would fit together but for ten bucks it might be worth a try

even if the closest sockets don't fit with the fans on them i bet you could take the fan off the second one in line and figure out a way to pull air through or something. i'm sure with your genius intellect you'll figure something out

I'm using this PSU right now. Just started crunching this morning.

edit: Rise, I'm using those CPU coolers are both of my Beasts. I like them. One or two get a little stuck on boot up. But for constantly running, they work awesome.

This is the RAM I bought:

I'll let you guys know how it is long term, but the power usage is reduced and I'm thinking the heat too.

I'm going to run this setup for a week, then if it's good, I'm swapping Beast's power supply for the second Antec 430 I bought and the laptop hard drive. That way, both are running the same hardware. Should be reduced power usage and heat. The Antec stayed cool all night. The Rosewill is hotter than heck!

Hello.This is my board.Note the four DVi sapphire Radeon 4850 X2 vga and the cooler master mod.One fan is blowing air and the other one is sucking air.Nice and quiet set up.Power supply is a Dell Precision T7400 1000W Power Supply ,5 rails .
Please sent me an image of a newer bios ......
The Cobalt Qube in the back is my NAS four IDE system fully updated.

hmmm I didn't think 430W would be enough... if it is, I already have a 480W PSU but its not single rail. Maybe i'll give the one I have a try first

Mr Shoota will lead the way.
His board has a newer bios and we should all flash to that newer version.the easiest way to grab an image is flashrom using the abobe guide.
Mr shoota,could you make a valid image file of your board so as to flash to the newer bios?
I bet we could solve the "entering the bios" issue.

Install it:

Detect whether flashrom knows about your chipset/mainboard/BIOS chip:

$ flashrom

Read the BIOS image into a file:

$ flashrom -r backup.bin

where does the file go exactly? i found a file called backup.bin in my home folder but how do i know if this is the right one?

Shoota and I didn't know if it would work either. So I tested it out. What do you know, it works. We now know that it works with 1, 2, 3 or 4 CPUs.

ok here's my modest little farm. i found this entertainment center the day after I got my board in the mail. It fits perfectly, both for the board and in the limited space in my room. my buddy and i had a great time drilling the holes for the standoffs and the "case" fans. the best part.. there's room to grow
