After seeing a suggestion (thanks man) from someone here a while back, I made the mod on the housing of my DDC pumps by drilling holes on the side walls as well as on the bottom. They seem to run cooler than in the stock form, and the noise level has not been affected as far as I can tell. All in all, I am pleased with this cool little mod. Has anyone done this mod yet?
