RMA's are repair or replacement part only. all you need is the card. no accessories or original box. you shouldn't include them even if you had them because you probably won't get them back.

Really I asked because I read this on their site.

You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging with all original components, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

Even to XFX I only returned the card. Though I got sent a brand new card with more accessories I did not want anyways. Basically they want you to package the card as well as possible and the original box is usually a good way to start. All you need to send in is the card, open a ticket, and they should tell you the same.

there are instructions are what counts.
if you read it correctly thou:
"..original or equivalent packaging.." tells you right here that the original packaging is not required.
also, "..all original components.." components not accessories, that means the original attached cooler/ fan, pci bracket, etc, only what was/ is originally attached to the card coming out the box.

you should double check with them to make sure thou. RMA can differ from manufacturer to manufacturer.

So are they sending a replacement? It sounds like they are sending back my Faulty card. Or is it just strange wording?

Sounds like they said your card is broke and are sending you another video card(instead of fixing yours). It may be refurbished, but it won't have the exact same serial number. It is likely they pulled a good card from a pool of spare cards to send you and are going to fix yours and send it to the next guy...

Well they replaced the card. Of coarse they replaced a Reference card with a Non ref card, so now I have a $120.00 water block that will not fit.
And the card looks like it has been through a war. Nice work XFX.
