I7-950 Temperature Values

I have set my vcore at 1.25 and I'm measuring the temps with RealTemp, have used Coretemp and others but now I use RealTemp as I've read on this forum it should be more accurate. Also ambient temps should be fine I mean they are probably around 20*C, it's not like it's super hot in here and as I said the case airflow should be very good.

Ah, what cooler do you suggest then? I've been looking at the H70 from corsair Looks nice and good and easy to deal with.
