Building a New Mountain Mods Rig: Need Help with Air Cooling

So I just got a Mountain Mods Ascension CYO case with the following set up:

Trinity Front Panel (9 120mm fan slots - intake)
Triple Original Top Panel (3 120mm fan slots - exhaust)
Horizon Back Panel (4 120mm fan slots - exhaust)

I was thinking of the following fans for air cooling:

9 Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000 RPM 120mm fans for the intake (Front Panel)
3 Delta AFB1212GHE 5200 RPM 120mm fans for the exhaust (Top Panel)
4 Delta AFB1212GHE 5200 RPM 120mm fans for the exhaust (Back Panel)

I am planning to use two Rhobeus Extreme fan controllers to control the 9 intake and 3 exhaust fans for a total of 12 fans (6 per controller).

Is this is a good set up for excellent air-cooling?

I wanted to do all Deltas at first but I fear that might just be a bit too loud.

Also, do you guys have experience with the Delta and Scythe fans?

I really want an excellent air-cooled system for my new rig so I do not want to compromise on anything.

I also realized the Scythe fans don't have LEDs which is okay I guess but is there a good guide or suggestion for lighting the interior of the case to make it look awesome? I plan to do mostly white LEDs with a few blue ones interspersed.

White LED strips combined with a few blues will look awesome.

But IMO the MountainMods is an extreme overkill for aircooling.

You do not want 5200rpm fans on anything unless your idea of fun is walking around with earplugs and adding a 1000w amp to your TV soyou can hear it..
Stick with fans in the 2000rpm range..
Oh, I have 2-120x25mm 113cfm 3600rpm Delta's on a very high end midtower and you can hear them 10 ft before you hit the room the machine is in..
I also have 8 of those on a MM Extended Ascention but thankfully those are on a fan controller thats never turned up more than 50%

Which fan controller are you using for the Deltas?

Do you recommend any particular brand of LEDs? Any particular 'models'/sizes?

Regarding the MM case, I understand it is a bit much for air-cooling but I plan to get into water-cooling in the future and wanted to keep this case for several years. I also really like the horizontal motherboard option so I got it for that reason as well.

Do you have any pics of your MM case? I would love to see how you've set it up.
