I gather that you used the "Save" option with the hIOmonBenchmarkExport batch file, which resulted in the current accumulated summary metrics being written to the CSV file.
The short answer is that you will need to use some other program (e.g., Excel as you mentioned) to display this CSV file.
Depending upon how the hIOmon software was configured to collect the I/O operation performance metrics, the hIOmon Presentation Client can be used to display the collected metrics from the hIOmon "File I/O Log" file - but this is another story!
In any case, none of the hIOmon clients can be currently used to directly view a CSV file.
The basic idea has been that once the metrics were exported/contained within a CSV file, then a variety of other existing tools (e.g., Excel) could be used to display, process, etc. these metrics in a manner familiar to the user and leveraging the features of such tools.
