as for the stepping, how do i know if i get the new one ?

All retail should be B1.... should not be issue man, just some are really good, but alot are average...

tbh man most all of them clock really well, shouldnt have to worry.

200 Bclk is a lil tough to hit for 24/7 usage, but you only need 175 MHz Bclk to hit your 3.5 clock.... Im betting with enough time spent tweaking you could easily pull off a 24/7 monster
