Ghetto Mods?

imo, it qualifies as 'ghetto' for 2 reasons alone:

1) its got a 'turbo' sticker
2) is that an AGP card with a PCI-Express adapter????? in a X58 mobo????

I also think that number 2 is a really good question^^ If this is possible than i want such an adapter^^
