    2 8800gtx's, SLI or 1 gfx and 1 physics

I have 2 8800gtx cards but have not had an sli MB since i780. I am building an x58 system now and was reading reviews of nvidia cards and it looks like the sli drivers are much better now, high frame rates but not as smooth as a 1 card system. Should I sli or run one card as graphics and one card as physics. I will probably up grade to a 470 this winter and use 1 8800 for physics but could put more money into MB,cpu and ram if I keep the 8800's for now.

Depends what you want. PhysX doesn't actually offer that much in 99.9% of games and just cripples FPS, in which case you will want SLI. If on the other hand you are one of these people who for some reason creams over PhysX, then you will want to deadicate one of the 88GTXs for PhysX and OC the other 88GTX as much as you can.
