FlanK3rs next chip from AMD-now "only" quad

Hi guys, next days i must test my next CPU. So, how do u like PII x4 970 BE? In some review was this CPU very great in OC, better than most x4 955/965 BE...Example look at Guru3D etc. etc.

And this is my chip, sorry for bad quality photos, a trouble with photocamera

You can answer to your question by testing it...

From your experience, what are you expecting to do? Especially with subzero cooling....

    Propus maybe.
    Regor/Deneb no.
Bigger dies cost bigger money, and with processes getting better yeilds, it's most likely much more wasteful to make 555/560BE's than Athlon II 260's.

    Guru of 3D got 4200 Mhz with 1.53v @ 60c load.

Compare that to my 965: 4400 Mhz will run SuperPi @ 1.62v under 20c CPU temp

I can't boot windows over 4150, so that's quite an accomplishment.
