change log is the same for 759 and 760?

Redo ure rtls
They are now tighter.
Example my 4.5 bclk 215 dram 2150
Previous bios 60,63,65
Bios 73/74 is 60,62,63

with bios 74 i have alot of problem to boot @ 245 MHZ of BCLK, with 44 i'm 32M stable at 245.
and it's not a problem of tight RTLs, i always set them manually.

with 980x the things completly change, bios 74 make all more stable.

This guy at EVGA's forum keep track of all 759 BIOS. I don't know if there is a similar thread for 760s.

well thats what happened to my hypers from moving from bios J to 73/74

had to make my rtl's tighter.
