Cas 5?? Is that really on,i mean you gain something from CAS6 to CAS5,or it's a bug?And what Gskill model specific?

I did some testing w/ Kingston HyperX 2000 C9 and reach 2000Mhz C7-10-7


But I dont like that TRCD so I gave up testing.

i don't think they're micron inside, most likely PSC cause these sticks seem to love low volt. i might be wrong thou...

Honestly, I dont know it's a bug or not ? But, I get it directly from the bios settings (Re: not use, memset, aod, etc)
Just info, there are not different result between cas 6 and cas 5 in my system

i tried 2 pair of bbse in geil ultra 2133 & team xtreem 2k, both can do same frequency but need around 1.7v. these sticks behave almost d same as gskill flare (which i think running on PSC chip) minus d capability to do 1600 @ 6-7-6. even 7-7-7 is not doable.

btw, i guess this is d max i can achieve with my poor propus...

It's likely a bug with bios if you see no gains performance wise as you would surely see gains. So cas 5 in bios is the same as 6 in bios.

Yes, I can definately see gains while running Cas5 in Elpida Hypers.
