The 6 quad is purely a personal choice. My Loops Would max on cooling vers ambient temps with 6-8 120's worth of cooling If wanted to run the fans high. I don't need 24 120's . But I want a Monster Case with a Ton of rads .. well just because ;-) And the fact I can get a higher oc without having to turn up my fans while gaming. Its set and forget.
I'm cooling a D0 920 plus Ram, a 5870, and x58 SLI LE on a triple and Dual. I played around with it me and buddy of mine anything over another triple hell another dual was a waste I dropped maybe .2c at anything beyond 7 120's. Except for chip switch to I7-940 I'm reusing the gear.
My point is this I want this . Secondary I wanted enough rad that its was Almost silent while pushed to the max ;-)
