    225MHz, maybe a couple of MHz higher, but didn't tried. 230 is a no go, whatever I do. Tried max 1.4V IOH. I don't know if I should go higher just with air cooling.
    BTW, check this post again in couple of minutes if you want to see BIOS settings I used.
