Cooler Master Storm Inferno mouse review

I have a G500 at the moment. It's good to see more mice getting out there.

I'm also wondering what the G700 can do, yes I'm still a fan of my old MX1000.

A mouse obviously targeted at gamers, but Cooler Master diversified and refined it even a little more as it is a mouse targeted at MMO's. This gaming peripheral features a total of 11 buttons, nine of which are actually programmable, 128kb onboard memory, a Rapid Fire Tactical key and a Storm Tactics Multiplier key that gives access to 32 extra programmable outputs for macros, scripts and other unique commands. All that armed with a 4000 DPI twin laser sensor.

I yet wanna see a mouse that would really trigger my interest enough to order as a replacement for a working MX-518.

Why doesn't the G500 do that for you? It has onboard memory, custom weighs, configurable buttons, and a lot higher dpi.

Damn, my G5 Rev. 1 is getting really old. The paint is starting to wear off. I'm glad logitech is still using this four year old body (actually more like five) in the G500. ...and I get extra buttons with a mouse wheel that doesn't suck! Sweetness!

Still have yet to see anything special that trumps the Razer DeathAdder...

AMD has always been quicker to a mature process and crossover point, so by the time intel gets their issues and volume sorted out, AMD won't be very far behind at all.

Problem with death adder razer is that its too damn small, but then there goes a great example of subjectivity.

Given I'm a lefty I've had few options as far as gaming mice so I've always been a Razer user. I just replaced my Lachesis for a new one, under warrenty at least, but I decided to order a Death Adder Left Hand Edition. I've always been more of a claw mouse fan so I'm be curious to see how I adept to a palm mouse. If I like it the Lachesis goes back. As much as I've liked it I've always felt ive been missing out as a lefty but not so much so that I'd go as far to retrain my brain to use my right hand instead. That said if there had been a proper left hand Logitech mouse, I'd have been using it by now.
