Single Slot 5770 Released
If this thing is dirt cheap, two or three would make a nice upgrade for some of us with cramped cases. I've personally been waiting a long time for this card to show up.
August 13th!

more interested in a half height card
At first I was likeThen I saw half the pcb
Why not use the hsf like we say on the ?brand? 470 and 5770's awhile ago
Either way about time, now what to build around it![]()
wow
Rig 1 Asus ROG Strix B550-F WiFi, R7 5800x, 64GB Vengeance LPX 4*16GB, Zotac GTX 1070Ti, X-Fi Titanium, Enermax Revolution D.F. 850w, SSDs 768GB, HDD 3TB, CM 912HAF, NH D-15 Black.cr

A very interesting card. Although I would rather pick a mini itx case which can take 2 slot vgas in a year in form of a 6770 this would be something really special... looking forward to it.
Sweet ... GA-H55N-USB3 + 5770 and room for a wifi N card![]()

Corsair 750D | Corsair AX 850W | Core i7 2600K | Thermalright Venomous X | Asus Maximus IV Extreme B3
eVGA GTX680 SLI | Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB | Intel 530 240GB | 2 x WD RED 3TB in RAID 1 | LG BluRay | 3 x 2413WFP
you can't put a wifi card in the GA-h55n-usb if you have a video card, you're stuck w/ USB.
You'd think honestly that some mini DTX boards would exist for cards like this. Mini itx/dtx case + crossfire+quadcore =![]()
You must [not] advance.
Current Rig: i7 4790k @ stock (**** TIM!) , Zotac GTX 1080 WC'd 2214mhz core / 5528mhz Mem, Asus z-97 Deluxe

Now if they can just squeeze it down to half height even if it where dual slot we would could have some killer sff gaming htpc's.
EDIT: They already have the product we need in the form of the mobility 5870 aka desktop 5770, 50w tdp and slightly lower clocks of course.

That heatsink looks like it will sound like hell.
Guessing Powercolor does this to save some money on the cooler and to sell the card at a lower price.
Im guessing that alot of people who wil buy this card wil end up replacing the cooler with a 3rd party cooler.

I've never been one for multi-GPU setups, I prefer a single fast card.
Still, I've been toying with the idea of building a little mini-ITX PC to save space ever since this generation of mini-ITX boards came out. It would be a little more expensive for what you get, but it would be so much easier to transport than my big mid towers or massive full towers.
I guess in most cases it's hard to cram anything other than a single slot GPU into a mini-ITX case.
This is two months old news..

OK OK OK
but where is eyefinity-5 version announced half year ago![]()
Probably could have been done ages ago. When I looked a few months ago, there was only one single slot 5670 solution. Xfx design. Most of the internet just assumed a single slot 5670 didn't exist as xfx were the only one making such a solution. From memory the reference card was single slot just the various manufacturers did their own thing.
Yes I get this is a 5770, I'm just commenting that it probably should have been here sooner.
