Very few BBSE can do 2000 7-8-7 unless you feed it some stupid voltage, more like 2000 8-9-8 or 9-9-9.

i just picked up some elpida branded single sided sticks with bbse on them that do 2000 7-8-7 1.65V/2000 8-9-8 1.6V/2100 8-9-8 1.65V/2200 8-9-8 1.72V.
i have always had good luck with ram.
