Basically, in LC, there are two main fancontroller brands we use: Lamptron and Rheobus. Scythe's fancontrollers are also fairly popular, but we usually recommend against it, mostly because the components they use aren't really designed for the high amps that our fans draw. There have even been one or two stories of Scythe controllers frying or components exploding.
