Quoted from Asus forum, EZ Flash 2 - the safest way to update BIOS
the same way i did my 0704 bios, i downloaded them, extracted and moved it into my documents. went into bios, started EZ flash, went through the C drive directory, went into users, my profile, into documents, highlighted the new bios and told it to flash and it states it's boot block isn't valid. i did it the same way when i did it for 0704 and had no issues then.
