Another thing to check: Is GFlops REALLY LOW?
1. CPU core temp should be several Celsius lower, if GFlops is really low;
2. Linpack GFlops calculation might be screwed.
For example, if you use SetFSB/Turbo-V to change frequency in Windows, the reported GFlops is wrong.
