Reference needed for Q6700+P5W DH Deluxe

I am trying to revive an old trooper configured as follows:
    Q6700 on P5W DH Deluxe, 2*2GB A Data DDR-1066G, Zalman9500

So far, seems that it is stable on
    320 FSB
    DDR800 (5:4) 5-5-5-5-18 8-23-5-3 1T (tRD 7)
    Vcore 1.3625v
    vDIMM 1.9v
    MCH 1.55v
    vFSB 1.30v
    ICH Auto

Can anyone please with experience on similar configuration provide input on following:
    1. does this performance match the voltages used?
    2. what would be required volts for FSB 340-360?
    3. it seems that I am stuck at DDR800, higher dividers are unstable no matter the volts. Any suggestions on that?
    4. Would Higher memory timing (e.g. DDR1066) provide real-life performance increase?

unfortunately changing the board is not an option for me right now.
What kind of performance increase would you expect with the proposed timings?
Do you happen to know at what vCore (and other voltages) I could get 340FSB?

set the proper memory timings or you got no hope to go any higher
with a proper board you be doin 460fsb easy
but you should be able to do 380 with that board
read the p5w thread lots of info there

The timings I use and already posted are the SPD ones; so I believe this on the right track.
I have been through the thread but unfortunately I cannot find something concrete for q6700 at this speeds.

Since my cooling is suboptimal (and NB still has the original one) I try to move cautiously to avoid fry everything up.
So if I crosscheck that I would need MCH 1.65v and vCore>1.40v in order to get 340FSB, I will have to stick with current settings.
