But the thing is, there are people out there, prepared to pay a premium for BD and SSD, and Apple doesn't give them that. It would be so such easy money for them and yet they don't do it.
Upgrading those things by yourself won't cost more tho, probably less. But if you're into doing that you won't buy the Mac Mini in the first place...
