I did do the GPU OCP mod on mine and it is fine. But I ran into other temp issues
I did not do the mem FB OCP mod Only Vdimm mod as shown....worked fine.

As to my problem, I was getting artifacting even with stock clocks in 2D (on desktop) below about -80C
I tried both of the modded BIOSes that Hipro posted :-/

I'll test again when I have more LN2.

    Had the same thing here.

Check Vdimm readout. What type of insulation do you have?

I've just measured that "Frame Buffer OCP SMD" too and I get only 5k

So mine is 5k and yours 20k, maybe I should replace with 10k

    conformal only

Also, 252CFM blowing ambient air on the ICs

One time I did see wierd fluctuations on the DMM...but I readjusted my read lead and didn't think anything of it....you thinking mem OCP?

Test with the 5k that is there. If you have issues where the card will enter 2D during load it is mosy likely the memory ocp issue.

If you have a card with 20k stock as hipro5 has there is ofc no need to change.

    Just an FYI.

I needed to flash the card with Hipro's coldslow bios before I got the Vdimm upto 1.6V. Without the bios, I got stuck at 1.2V for some weird reason. With all mods (kinc's and hipro's), this new card is flying like crazy ...

Which BIOS did you use, #1 or #2? Is there still issues with memory clocking with #2 BIOS?

    Use #1. You don't need #2.

    MSI, both.

Card brand doesn't matter, all these PCBs are reference.
