Personally it's a great case, I don't see any problems with working with it, and I like the aesthetics. Having one of these beside your desk's legs would look sleek and nice, and the inside is designed clearly with the intention of housing a full fledged system (not like some other mATX cases that can't hold real ATX components). As long as the price is right I'm buying one.

I really like it. Having the case on the desk I don't care how tall it is and it really seems small. Now lets see where the 5.25" bay goes (can't live with a DVD-drive) and if there is another spot for a fan-controller, and the price and we will talk

How many cans of beer can it keep cold? Does it have a small pizza freezer in the top?

one day, someone is going to buy this casing, and place it on the floor. Then comes a visiting friend of his, mistaken the casing as an aluminum trash can, dumps the 1/2 drank beer into it.

The case is absolutely minimalist, gorgeous, well designed, and if the price is right I'm definitely buying it.

This case almost makes me dump my mitx build(almost done) and go for matx build. I'll definitely buy it if:

    1. Price is right
    2. Optical drive opening(slot loading?) is not chrome trim but just thin opening like Macbook(nice clean look)
    3. Opening from top to bottom internally. It looks like only way to get DVI, keyboard, mouse cable etc out is from top which makes cable to come out from bottom(for PSU) and top which is going to be a mess. If they make opening from top to bottom internally and make all cables to come out from bottom, that would be nice and look clean.

Wouldn't interfere with buying decision but nice thing to have:
    1. Shorter case. Seems too tall for MATX case.
    2. Turn PSU exhaust to other side or face front and vent intenally out to top so that intake for CPU cooler doesn't suck in warm air from PSU exhuast.

Above would make this case perfect(Well, unless I find something else to update) and would make me to buy it even if it comes out more than I want to pay for it.

i think you should give an acrylic case build a try, its alot of fun (did it twice myself) and its very rewarding and lets you get your exact needs met. it will cost about 100$ for all materials needed for a matx build.

Not sure why they would even put this under their "Fortress" label. Aside from the rotated mobo tray, nothing to associate it with the -01 and -02 cases.

Figure out a way to put a triple rad in there and I'm sold.

If I see another normal case that is "new" I'm going to vomit.

Computer cases as a whole SUCK. Ever case is like every other case. Keep pushing new designs.
    You must [not] advance.

I don't care much for the design but I like the idea of it.
Heat wants to go up anyways so just have the main exhaust going straight out the top.
Yes, I know there are cases with top exhaust fans, but those are secondary exhausts and the main airflow always has the air going out the back.
Being able to shove the case into a corner is awesome as well.
My cases are like a foot away from the wall right now due to giving space for the heat to rise and the mass amounts of cabling that I have.

Looks like a designer dirty laundry basket or smth.
I was looking for a case some months ago, they are overdoing the design or not doing anything concrete to it.
I like antec`s style, but theyre too bare inside, no hotswaps for example.Just build a damn nice standard case with high quality and full of use.Thats a dirty laundry basket seriously tho.

I quite like the fortress 3. It would make a very nice matx build project in the future.
