@ mbreslin - I've been doing 30x160, 30x158 depending on ambient temps a lot - 2-4 hours some evenings and even longer on the weekends.
voltages i use at just under 1.6v vcore, 1.48 vtt and cpu pll just under 2v - I'm using chilled water (way too much condensation).
