Pushing it is good but stable is better, find your max and then back down 1 or 2 BCLK

oh its stable but i just dont like my cpu's too hot.
for instance i never let my i7-920 hit 80c like i see others do
thats what i mean by the edge.not the edge of stability but
the edge of my own heat requirements.right now the 920 is hitting
68c at 4.2Ghz and the 870 is hitting 57c at 4.2Ghz
