If they put the PSU like raven02 and FT02 is going to be one word AWSOME, 2 quad radiators down is total madness! can't wait for computex

Sorry, but did you hear the part about the rep saying this is early proto-type. They just got finished building the case couple of days before and they used "plastic parts" for the mock-up, and the final version will be 100% aluminum

Didn't see enough to form an opinion one way or the other. Meh. Wait and see.

New design offers smaller front to rear footprint, and separate PSU/HDD compartment, BUT has smaller MB compartment with only two intake fans pushing up. The question is, where are those intake fans drawing cool air from and are they higher CFM than those in the RV02, which really suffered from lack of flow to push hot air out, esp with triple SLI as shown. I'm skeptical this would solve the problems the Rv02 has, but since they insisted on showing it at Cebit with 3 GPUs no less and claim it will be their flagship tower case for the next 2 yrs, I'll wait and see how it fares in the reviews. Even though I've become less interested in Silverstone's cases since hearing some of the negative feedback on the RV02, I do like that they listen to customers and take them seriously.

What makes me skeptical is the rep in the vid made it sound like they just slapped a prototype together in haste to show it at Cebit, as if they had not even compared it thermally to previous designs. Otherwise you'd think he would have mentioned that they had tested it to have superior cooling to them. To just claim it has all the best features of previous designs with nothing mentioned about performance comparisons though, esp after saying it's to be their flagship case for 2 yrs, just sounds a bit weak. I'm sure part of it could have been that the SS rep in the vid may have thought he'd have more time to talk to the guys doing the vid, and maybe didn't get a chance to say that, or if it was said, wasn't included in the clip due to time constraints on the length of the piece.

Anyways, don't know if it will do any good yet, but I'm waiting to hear back from SS HQ in the US to see if they can fill me in on any details, including USB3 support if any, how it gets intake air for the MB compartment (I assume from the back panel), and the CFM rating of the intake fans. Of utmost importance however, will be asking if it's been tested thermally against previous designs. The gal at SS US HQ said they will probably know a lot more about it in about a week, after another one of the trade shows.

I'll agree about not liking the 90˚ rotation, but it does seem to bring up some new thinking on airflow.

It should be interesting to see a more finalized version.

Has anyone seen anything on the RV03? I heard it was going to be introduced at Computex is all.

SS US HQ just told me they'll have an actual build of the TJ11 after Computex this weekend.

    yup.

USB 3.0 and some cable management holes would go a long way.

!00% agree!!! BUT, I'll bet Silverstone is trying to get away from that 1-piece bent extruded aluminum frame on the TJ07. You know that outer frame has to be a QC nightmare!

I don't think this case will live up to the legend of the TJ07, but this doesn't mean it'll be bad. The TJ series will always be quality chassis line but I think Silverstone will struggle to make another TJ07.

True that don't really care about the usb's but cable management holes are kind of a given on a case that costs $200+ and has been in the market for so damn long. I do love mine but having to mod it to make it pretty much usable was annoying it also needs a place to properly secure hdds when fitted with watercooling and maybe proper rad support up the top of the case.

It looks like a TJ07 but with the mobo tray at 90 degrees instead. Either way I love both cases but the 11 certainly isn't that much more special that the 07.

Upgrading a little soon I hope

Why even make a $350+ flagship case and assume its going to be used for air? ing 90 degree is retarded and worthless for watercooling and I have no idea why they would ruin the new TJ by doing it.
