xfx 790i ultra motherboard.. bios help

ok wel i got my ram figured out. and everything is working great. my board came to me with bios P06 and i noticed they have p09 out.. did any one update to P09?? and will it improve anything if i do. i would like the fast boot up working. and i think its my old bois is what is crashing my system when i apply fastbootup on P06.. ive looked n looked for a change log for bios P09 but cannot find one. so im asking u guys who all has gotten a xfx 790iUltra board. what bois ur running. if u updated to P09 and if u think i should. thank u!!
