We have seen some issues with CPU score in 06 also (stummerwinter and me on AOCM) and so far I think it was related to the early bios. you have to keep in mind these was the first round of SF3D back in '09 already and I am somehow sure he nowadays get a better cpu score in 06
PS: and pls resize or thumbnail your screen...

Nvidia VGA will affect your 3DM06 CPU score. CPU score will be lower, if you use ATI VGA in the system.
Windows XP will affect your 3DM06 CPU score. CPU score will be lower, if you use Windows Vista / 7

Once again: Win XP + Nvidia is and Win Vista / 7 + ATI is

This is the most basic knowledge of 3DM06 benchmark, so now we all know it for good

I think this is some kind of throtteling...

6200MHz CPU Test should be around 14500 with NV Card and XP and this is more difference then any "tweak" can give you.

I saw same on one Retail Chips we tested:

5700MHz same score then our Q3QP

5900MHz lower score then our Q3QP

6100MHz (Q3QP crashed) same score as 5900MHz
