I can help you out if you want to drive to RI. Bring the hardware you want to abuse...bring some cash for ln2 and i will supply the pots and help.

I also have the dewar. filling it cost's $36 and lasts about 8 hours unless your benching cards and cpu all at once...also Di benching cost is about $15.00 for 10lbs roughly...I usually bench cards on DI unless they like to go really cold.

I dont know if this is appropriate, so please delete this post if it isnt. But, you should look closer at that 109k 03 score.

yep, definitely bugged score with a 470 and 4.4 i7
03 tends to throw out weird scores when you're near the stable limits

It's just too high for that CPU clock period. Just rerun it and it should be in the 80-90k range...

Nice superpi run on the 1090T thijs! Think you can grab the 2nd spot with this CPU or is it maxed out?

There is more. it's just that the HT isnt balanced, keeps jumping up and down 2mhz every 5sec or so. hard to just go 50mhz above the speed you intend to bench, resulting in a crash. which is crap.
I think it'll do 6,5ghz. i booted it up with 4,5ghz NB @ 5,5ghz. had some issues, so lowered NB to make sure it wasnt that. but most likely 4.1+ will go easy on same clocks aswell.

Hope to improve the score this week, will try to arrange LN2 tomorrow for this week

Just waiting for some hardware to come in specially the SR-2 to abuse and shoot for some cpu WR's.
Any decent ram for the cause chew only stuff I have is some GT 2000mhz 7-8-7 6GB.
Maybe even try for hw cups with 9800GX2, GTX295, and GTX480.

Also what are the requirements for the HWbot name color? Would really love to have it

Jeeze all you guys really got me thinking . I have spent the better part of this evening looking on ebay for dewars, maxing out a shopping cart on kingpins site, searching the yellow pages for ln2 suppliers and trying to decide whether to insulate or immerse in mineral oil. Oh a whole new cat is out of the bag Next thing you know I'll be on livestream @ chews every weekend

I have roughly 7 cpu pots here and 6 gpu pots + 1 more already paid for 2 cpu pots at minimum which has x58 mounting and are Identical.

The dominance is a cliche type product. Although it works great I would be surprised if your ram still works great after cramming retarded voltage into them.

@ nearly $400 a set for the high end stuff I don't want to be the one to prove that the ram will degrade.

I have a few X58 boards ( 1 prepped for the long haul on ln2 ) so according to rules you need your own cpu for 2d and your own cards for 3d and thats about it.
