    Core i7 980X + RE3 Overclocking help -180

    Hi all
Having some problems with clocking an ES 980X (B1) CPU on the Rampage III Extreme. I'm wondering if there's something I'm overlooking or if the CPU is just not capable of more than 5.4GHz
Below are my settings at which I can bench 5.4, but anything higher (using C Station for multi) causes Wprime to fail

    Rampage 3 Extreme - 0402
    Kingston 3x1GB DDR3 2000 CL9
    Ikonik Vulcan 1.2KW PSU

    Sync Mode: Disabled
    AI Overclock Tuner: Manual
    CPU Ratio Setting: 28
    BClk Frequency: 166
    PCIE Frequency: 101
    DRAM Frequency: DDR3-1664
    UClk Frequency: 3327MHz
    QPI Link Data Rate: 36X
    CPU Differential Amplitude: 800mV
    CPU Clock Skew: Auto
    IOH Clock Skew: Auto
    -------------------------------------
    Digi+ PWR Mode: X-Power
    PWM Volt. Control Auto
    Load-Line Calibration: Full
    CPU VOltage OCP: Disabled
    CPU PWM Frequency: AUto
    Extreme OV: Enabled
    Extreme OC: Auto
    CPU VCore: 1.6
    CPU PLL: Auto
    QPI/DRAM Core Voltage: 1.4
    DRAM Bus Voltage: 1.654
    IOH Voltage: Auto
    IOH PCIE Voltage: 1.5
    ICH Voltage: Auto
    ICH PCIE Voltage: Auto
    QPI Voltage OCP: Enabled
    IOH Voltage OCP: Enabled
    DRAM Voltage CP: Enabled
    QPI PWM Frequency: auto
    IOH PWM Frequency: Auto
    DRAM PWM Frequency: Auto
    Any help would be appreciated

thank you I will try that.
CPU has no Cold Bug, so it is working at -185'C.
More QPI/Dram makes the CPU worse. No post after 1.5V QPI
    CPU is a dud
    thanks for the help
