He's using Swiftec's Radbox and the PCI bracket is included with it.

But it looks like they don't have it anymore, it's a broken link..

It call's Innovatek Tubing Pass-Thru Kit (500763)

Also it's for 3/8"ID (1/2"OD) tubes. The 1/2"ID will not fit.
