    USB 3.0 Question

Just a quick question about the new USB 3.0.

Is it worth it to use it with an add in card, or should I sell my year old Rampage II board for a newer, more expensive Rampage III?

    Any and all opinions wanted.

Given the price of a usb3.0 card versus the price of a new usb3.0 enabled motherboard I'd say go with the card.

i noticed all cards are pci express x1, is it under performance compared to the on board stuff, or is it minimal?

I agree finically i would better off with the card, but im just asking if its to slow that way, or just getting a usb 2.0 would be comparable
