    My ATCS 840 loop

So I fell in love with the 840 because of its sleek look and size. The all aluminum chasis didn't hurt either. The components of this build are:
    Hardware:
    i7 930
    Asus P6X58D-E
    G.Skill 3*2GB DDR3 1600
    XFX 5850

    Cooling:
    Sapphire Rev A
    MCW60
    MCR320
    MCP350 /w XSPC restop
    PA120.3

The plan was to fit the thermochill on the top and the swiftech on the hard drive cage. To fit the 360 rad on the cage I had to cut off the overhang on the HD cage and redrill the holes.

The PA120.3 was the older style with the larger hole spacing. The plastic brackets that came with the case wouldn't fit, so I fabricated two brackets out of an aluminum sheet I bought at Lowes.

    Some leak testing:

    The finished product:

So what temps would you expect to see for this rig. Currently my idle varies between 35c and 41c depending on the core, and load with prime95 is 65-70c. My vid card temps are great at about 38c full load.

Dear god, you are a mad man putting that second 360 rad internally

I went a different route with my ATCS 840.

    Nice job though

Need to pay attention on airflow there.

If I understand it properly here, you got only 2 intake fans (1 from the front, and another on the back).

Then you're using the air from those 2 and circulating it though 2x 3x120 radiators... I just don't think it adds up. You'll probably get better temp / airflow reversing the top fans. Although that'd mean you're blowing hot air into the case... anyone can think of a good solution here?

if that one on the back is for intake he has 3 for intake you are missing the one on the bottom of the case on the side of the pump.

    Currently I have:
    2 Intake: 230mm front and 120mm bottom
    4 Exhaust: 3x120mm top and 1 120mm back

I might get a 140mm drive bay fan to add as an intake, but in terms of airflow I think I am fine. After an hour of gaming there is hot air coming out the top, but the air inside the cool is about the same as ambient.

a drive bay fan would help. But that is a nice mod indeed.

    Update:

So I sleeved my power supply, and made custom length fan wires. I installed a kama bay, and a new fan controller.

I made a second hole in the motherboard tray:

    Finished the top:
