    Your currently at 13th - with your current setup you don't think you could get at least top ten - maybe top five!

    EDIT - I've had first place now 4 times!
    The longest I've stayed there is 54 hours!

    ok,heres my entry into the i7 section.i hope it's ok that i'm only running 4GB.
    i dont have a triple channel kit at the moment,but i'm trying to rectify this.
    as for cooling,i've got my cpu under water plus AC to keep the loop extra cool

    Managed another run out of my Gulftown 3003B287, HT on. Gflops a bit low but I cannot think why.

    Newhit - I see you're getting aggressive with the temps.
    First time I got a i7 prime stabe 8hrs at 4ghz I was at 97C.
    I went on to set a pcmv WR with that proc- your fine!

    It's weird really. The temps fluctuate about the late fifties to nudging seventy but when I come back to check that all is well I find 80 to 91 degrees logged on 'Real Temp' but if I watch LinX testing for a while there is only 60 to 70 degrees fluctuations........weird

    Yes i did build it myself.
    I will post a build log in the phase section at some point.
    But you can have a look at This thread at Benchtec Uk.
    It shows the whole build from start to finish, including load temps at 1.6Vcore running the 975.

    I have a feeling 3003B320 is the new golden batch.
    I've only seen two of these, one is yours, and the other one passed AM3 at higher frequency than most chips can post at... See the list here.
