No, the 128GB is a bit slower on sequential writes and iops.

128GB : Sequential Write (up to) 140MB/sec
256GB : Sequential Write (up to) 215MB/sec

128GB : Random 4k READ 50,000 IOPS vs 60,000 IOPS for the 256GB. (-10000 iops)
128GB : Random 4k WRITE 30,000 IOPS vs 45,000 IOPS for the 256GB. (-15000 iops)

I did find a link some time ago listing a C300 64GB but I can't seem to find it. I guess the 64GB edition would perform just like the 128GB edition.

The C300 64GB is listed with 70MB/s sequential write, don't know about iops but based on this it might be (s)lower than the 128GB.
Sequential read is listed as 355MB/s for all models in the C300 series.
