No Display On Cold Boot Using 5870

I upgraded from a GTX280 to a reference HIS 5870. My monitor is a Dell 3007WFP-HC that only has 1 DVI input. My GTX280 would fire up and lock a signal to my monitor every time I cold boot. Ever since I got the HIS 5870, I have to usually do a few reboots to get a signal lock so the screen actually turns on. The computer boots like normal and gets to the desktop, but I never see the BIOS or desktop, so wait until the HD activity subsides and reboot. This happens with both of the DVI outputs.

Has anyone had this problem before? The card works fine otherwise. Once I get the signal to lock, I have no problems with it.

Well, I have updated the BIOS to the most current HIS 5870 BIOS (HIS.HD5870.1024.091112). The factory BIOS was the one before this newest one. Apparently the voltages were bumped a bit. We'll see what happens over the next day...
